Dr Spencer has been a GP in Fleetwood since 1991 and sits on the NAPC Council. He is Clinical Director for the Fleetwood Neighbourhood Primary Care Network and Chair of the Fleetwood Primary Care Home. He is also the Clinical Lead for Primary Care Transformation for the Lancashire and Cumbria Sustainability and Transformation Partnership.
In 1994 he was the co-founder of Fylde Coast Medical Services, a local GP co-operative providing 24/7 out-of-hospital urgent care, and he remains a director. He is also a co-founder and national leader for NHS Collaborate, a mutually supportive community of leaders across primary care.

Dr Carter Singh is a GP Partner at Willowbrook Medical Practice, GP Governing Body Board Member at NHS M&A CCG, Notts LMC Chair and RCGP Faculty Board Member.
When the Covid-19 pandemic broke out, Dr Singh decided he needed to go above and beyond his duties and focus on supporting and representing those he felt needed his help. Dr Singh personally cares for 160 patients with learning disabilities at his practice. He took the decision to support staff at residential care homes, drafting up diet plans, daily activity planners and infection control measures to mitigate the impact of the pandemic on their lives.
Dr Carter Singh was awarded an MBE for services to healthcare in Nottinghamshire. On hearing the news, Dr Singh said he initially didn’t believe it, suspecting the email he received was a phishing scam! However after contacting the Cabinet office, the doctor was happily “surprised, humbled and deeply honoured."

Hannah Miller is a speaker, trainer and coach, who combines her own personal experiences of leadership with a tried and tested focus on people’s Strengths. Her fundamental belief in the importance of developing the individual and investing in the team, and her passion for progress is evident in all she does.
She has worked with teams and professionals in all sectors, large and small organisations to charities and universities. Whatever the brief, whatever the size, the focus is always the same – focus on where you are strong and build from there. Understanding who you are, how you lead, and how you think is key to both self development and the team around you.

Gary is a GP Partner in a multi-site practice in Peterborough.
He was elected as Vice Chair (External Affairs) of RCGP in 2019. His College portfolio also includes being officer lead for Sustainability and the Climate Emergency, Research and Innovation, and Patient and Carer involvement.
Gary has been Chair of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG's Governing Body since July 2016 and he is also Vice Chair of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP) Board, Vice Chair of the Peterborough Health and Wellbeing Board and a Senior Clinical Tutor at the University of Cambridge.
He initially trained as a dentist, but after completing a subsequent medical degree and basic surgical training, with a view to a career in maxillofacial surgery, he moved across to General Practice training in 2005. He has worked in salaried, partner, trainer and Out of Hours roles across Cambridgeshire since finishing his training in 2008.

Dr Claire Fuller, a practicing GP has recently been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for the new NHS Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care System. She moves into this role from her current position as Interim Accountable Officer at Surrey Heartlands CCG (held since July 2020) and Senior Responsible Officer and Lead for Surrey Heartlands ICS (since August 2017). Claire was asked by Amanda Pritchard to lead a national piece of work on the role of primary care networks within ICS’s - the Fuller Stocktake.
Surrey Heartlands signed a devolution agreement with NHS England and NHS Improvement in 2017 and are national leaders on the integration of health and social care. Claire believes in a population health management approach and is a national population health management champion. She is a firm advocate of the need to join up the public sector to ensure involvement of the wider determinants of health in reducing health inequalities for the people that live in Surrey.
Claire champions true citizen and professional engagement (of the broadest remit) and has led the formation and development of the Surrey Heartlands Academy, with a foundation of mixed methodology democratic engagement, and a true commitment to co-design, co-production and co-delivery of services.
Claire has been a practicing GP since 1995, spending most of her career in Surrey, with a spell in Northumberland, where she worked in a single-handed rural practice.
Claire regularly speaks nationally about the work in Surrey Heartlands, multiprofessional leadership and population health management. She has been HSJ Clinical Leader of the Year, is a member of the NHS Assembly and the National People Board.

Having journeyed through Burnout, she resolved to help people like her avoid the mistakes she made. This passion drove her to set up The Working Well Doctor where she uses her professional expertise and personal experience to deliver inspiring and enabling coaching to groups and individuals.

She has worked at the Mayo Clinic, USA & in the UK as a GP for both civilians & the Armed Forces, as well as in Occupational Health.
