Dr Ursula Montgomery is a GP and has recently taken on the role of Interim National Director for Primary Care, NHSE/I following on from her previous role as Senior Clinical Advisor for Primary Care Provider Transformation at NHS England and NHS Improvement. Prior to joining NHSE/I, she was Clinical Chair for East Leicestershire and Rutland Clinical Commissioning Group.
Ursula has held a range of positions within healthcare including Associate Medical Director at University Hospitals of Leicester, a GP partner in Leicestershire and chair of Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland Integrated Community board. These roles have supported teams across primary, community and acute settings in the NHS to transform care for patients.

Dr. Mohan Sekeram has been working as a GP for over 12 years in East Merton, London, and is the Clinical Lead for Personalised Care for SW London as well as Programme Director for the SW London SPIN Fellowship.
Mohan led on the development and implantation of the Merton Model of Social Prescribing which aims to address the social determinants of health. This model has resulted in significant reductions in GP and Accident and Emergency attendances, and has demonstrated a positive impact on patient measures of wellbeing.
He is passionate about harnessing the opportunities in the local community and wants to ensure the local voluntary sector receives adequate support to help empower them and build resilience.
Mohan is also a member of Merton LMC and a GP trainer. He grew up in South West London and in his spare time enjoys many types of exercise and is a keen AFC Wimbledon fan.

Hannah Miller is a speaker, trainer and coach, who combines her own personal experiences of leadership with a tried and tested focus on people’s Strengths. Her fundamental belief in the importance of developing the individual and investing in the team, and her passion for progress is evident in all she does.
She has worked with teams and professionals in all sectors, large and small organisations to charities and universities. Whatever the brief, whatever the size, the focus is always the same – focus on where you are strong and build from there. Understanding who you are, how you lead, and how you think is key to both self development and the team around you.

James Kingsland is the President of National Association of Primary Care (UK), as well as a highly experienced and talented General Practitioner, who, throughout his career has consistently been elected by his peers into leadership positions, both locally and nationally. Unique as a practicing clinician, who is also a broadcaster, writer, presenter, speaker and educator. Featured in Who's Who since 2012 and appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in the 2012 - Queen’s Diamond Jubilee New Year Honours List for services to Medicine and to Healthcare.
A skilled clinician and manager of change he has been at the forefront of NHS reform for over 25 years. James is the Senior Partner in a nationally renowned, award winning General Practice in the North West of England. He has a wealth of experience in primary care, medical education and medical politics.

Recently awarded a Damehood for 'services to general practice', Helen Stokes-Lampard qualified from St Georges and trained as an academic GP at the University of Birmingham before becoming a GP Partner in Lichfield.
Helen is currently Professor of GP Education at the University of Birmingham, Chair of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges (AoMRC) and Chair of the National Academy for Social Prescribing (NASP). She was previously Chair of the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) until Nov 2019.
Helen has had a broad academic career; she has a PhD in Epidemiology and led a National Institute for Health Research (NIHR)-accredited clinical research unit. She has also acted as Head of GP Training at the University of Birmingham. Helen has led on a number of national reports, including stating a new ‘Vision for the Future of General Practice’, and her personal research programme led to a substantive change in the national cervical cancer screening programme.
Helen has undertaken a number of national positions of responsibility, including the National Exceptional Pressures Panel, the NHS England Net Zero Panel and the NHS England Assembly.

Dr Rachel Morris is a GP who grew so tired, after 15 years of seeing patients who were ill because of workplace stress, that she decided to do something about it.
Rachel taught General Practice at the University of Cambridge for several years before setting up and leading the ‘Doctor as Professional’ course. This got her interested in the leadership behaviour of professionals in high stress jobs and so she trained as an Executive and Team coach. Rachel founded Wild Monday and developed the Shapes Toolkit. She regularly lectures and delivers training around the country on wellbeing at work, resilience and productivity and is also a presenter for the Red Whale Lead. Manage. Thrive! Course for GPs. She is also on faculty for the PGCert in Medical Education at the University of Cambridge.
Rachel founded Wild Monday and works with a team of experienced associates to deliver authentic and relevant coaching and training focussing on changing behaviour.
