National Clinical Director for Older People and Integrated Person-Centred Care
After qualifying and taking his first house job in Respiratory, Oncology and Haematology Medicine at the Royal London Hospital in 1993, Adrian decided to pursue a career in General Practice. He completed his training year at Runnymede Medical Practice, where he stayed on, joining as a partner in 1997, and continues to work clinically.
Adrian has taken on various leadership roles throughout his career, including as Medical Director for East Berkshire Out of Hours, locality lead in Berkshire East PCT, and being elected Clinical Chair for Windsor and Ascot Primary Care Group in 2013.
He is passionate about the role of GPs not only in the delivery of healthcare but also in leading Health systems by working to improve the health of populations whilst living within the allocated health resources.
As a board member of the Windsor and Ascot Primary Care Group in 1999, Adrian took on a lead role for Older People’s Services, developing local falls services and working with the local authority on an Older People’s Partnership Board. In 2015 Adrian supported the NHS Confederation’s commission on examining care gaps in urgent care for Older people. In 2019 Adrian was appointed National Clinical Director for Older people and Integrated Person Centred Care, NHS England & NHS Improvement, supporting the clinical team for the Ageing Well Programme.

Hannah Miller is a speaker, trainer and coach, who combines her own personal experiences of leadership with a tried and tested focus on people’s Strengths. Her fundamental belief in the importance of developing the individual and investing in the team, and her passion for progress is evident in all she does.

Nina has a portfolio career combining clinical practice as a 0.4 partner and PCN Clinical Director with Lea Vale Medical Group in Luton with clinical leadership roles as Strategic Primary Care Workforce Lead in BLMK ( Training Hub Chair), Deputy Chair of Luton Health and Wellbeing Board, Access lead in Central Bedfordshire and Co-chair of the Bedfordshire Care Alliance Clinical Interface Forum. She has extensive senior clinical leadership experience as Chair of Luton CCG for 7 years and 2 years as Clinical Lead for BLMK Integrated Care System. Nina particularly enjoys collaborative transformational opportunities to improve working lives, grow leaders and improve outcomes for residents with a particular eye on reducing inequalities.

CEO Surrey Heartlands ICS
Dr Claire Fuller, a practicing GP has recently been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for the new NHS Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care System. She moves into this role from her current position as Interim Accountable Officer at Surrey Heartlands CCG (held since July 2020) and Senior Responsible Officer and Lead for Surrey Heartlands ICS (since August 2017). Claire was asked by Amanda Pritchard to lead a national piece of work on the role of primary care networks within ICS’s - the Fuller Stocktake.
Surrey Heartlands signed a devolution agreement with NHS England and NHS Improvement in 2017 and are national leaders on the integration of health and social care. Claire believes in a population health management approach and is a national population health management champion. She is a firm advocate of the need to join up the public sector to ensure involvement of the wider determinants of health in reducing health inequalities for the people that live in Surrey.
Claire champions true citizen and professional engagement (of the broadest remit) and has led the formation and development of the Surrey Heartlands Academy, with a foundation of mixed methodology democratic engagement, and a true commitment to co-design, co-production and co-delivery of services.
Claire has been a practicing GP since 1995, spending most of her career in Surrey, with a spell in Northumberland, where she worked in a single-handed rural practice.
Claire regularly speaks nationally about the work in Surrey Heartlands, multiprofessional leadership and population health management. She has been HSJ Clinical Leader of the Year, is a member of the NHS Assembly and the National People Board.

Having journeyed through Burnout, she resolved to help people like her avoid the mistakes she made. This passion drove her to set up The Working Well Doctor where she uses her professional expertise and personal experience to deliver inspiring and enabling coaching to groups and individuals.
Katya believes solutions are most effective when evidence-supported approaches are tailored to the needs of teams and individuals.
She has worked at the Mayo Clinic, USA & in the UK as a GP for both civilians & the Armed Forces, as well as in Occupational Health.
She loves a good natter on a podcast & writes for the BMJ & Medic Footprints and is often found sharing ideas with her Thrive Well email community.
