Dr Graham Jackson has been a GP partner at Whitehill Surgery in Buckinghamshire since 1991 and still thoroughly enjoys the challenge that primary care provides. Currently, he is the National Clinical Advisor at NHSE/I, the chair of the National Self-Care Strategy Group, and is a member of the NHS assembly.
In his previous role as Chair of NHS Clinical Commissioners, he led work to develop a primary care offer across the wider NHS Confederation Group, bringing both clinical and local expertise to bring the PCN agenda to life. He also sat on a number of national working groups on primary care for NHS England.
Graham is the former Clinical Chair of Aylesbury Vale CCG (2012-2018), and was also the clinical lead for Bucks ICS until April 2019 which was one of the first NHS England recognised integrated care systems in England in an area that has a strong track record of working collaboratively with all partners across health and care.
From 1992 to 2003 he was a Hospital Practitioner in Psychiatry and chaired Neurolink (a national board of mental health experts providing educational material) for several years. Dr Jackson has been involved in commissioning and health service provision in Buckinghamshire for a number of years having previously been Managing Director of Bucks Urgent Care and a member of the Medicines Management steering committee. In 1993 he brought together a group of local colleagues to found AYDDOC, an Out of Hours GP co-operative, of which he was Medical Manager for 10 years. He has been an LMC (Local Medical Committee) member since 1995 and is a former Vice Chair of Buckinghamshire Health and Wellbeing Board.

Hannah Miller is a speaker, trainer and coach, who combines her own personal experiences of leadership with a tried and tested focus on people’s Strengths. Dr Tayo Kufeji is an enthusiastic and innovative GP partner at Newport Pagnell Medical Centre, the largest practice in Milton Keynes. He is the GP lead and Clinical Director for The Bridge Primary Care Network (PCN), incorporating two practices in Milton Keynes and covering over 28,000 residents. Dr Kufeji is a board member of the Milton Keynes Urgent Care services (MKUCS) provider. He has previously served as a Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) GP board member for four years and currently sits on the board of the Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK) Integrated Care Board as the primary medical services partner member. Tayo also serves on the Board of Trustees for two local charities in Milton Keynes, helping to serve the community with his skills and experience.

Dr Richard Vautrey has been elected as the President of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He took over the post from Dame Clare Gerada, whose two-year term came to an end in November.
Dr Vautrey has been a GP partner in a training practice in Leeds for nearly 30 years and has worked as a GP in urban and rural settings in Nigeria. His previous leadership roles include BMA GP committee chair in England and GPC UK, and he has been a member of the GPC negotiating and executive team from 2004.
A graduate of Manchester University, he completed his GP training in Rochdale and Manchester, obtaining MRCGP in 1994. He has been a member of the College ever since. He has 13 years of experience as a member of RCGP Council, being a GPC observer between 2005-10, a nationally elected member from 2010-17 and again since 2022. He attends Yorkshire Faculty meetings and has recently been appointed to the College’s Patient and Carers Participation Group.
