Dr Neil Modha is managing partner at Thistlemoor Medical Centre in Peterborough, caring for 30,000 patients from the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICS’s most challenged background. 80% of the patients speak other languages and many work in zero hour contracts prioritising their work over their health. HE is also a GP Trainer, co-clinical director of his Primary Care Network and has led work with Health and Wellbeing coaches, First contact practitioners and Advanced Clinical Practitioners.
Neil has worked at accountable officer level for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning group and is the clinical lead of the GP Federation. He also co-chairs the developing Place Based Care Board: The Northern Alliance, which, during the pandemic, has been working collaboratively across the system to try to ensure patients continue to get a service in outpatients and with diagnostics during the various lockdowns. This work has been shortlisted for two HSJ awards.

Dr Ursula Montgomery is a GP who previously held the role of Interim National Director for Primary Care, NHSE/I. This followed on from her previous role as Senior Clinical Advisor for Primary Care Provider Transformation at NHSE/I. Prior to joining NHSE/I, she was Clinical Chair for East Leicestershire and Rutland Clinical Commissioning Group.
Ursula has held a range of positions within healthcare including Associate Medical Director at University Hospitals of Leicester, a GP partner in Leicestershire and chair of Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland Integrated Community board. These roles have supported teams across primary, community and acute settings in the NHS to transform care for patients.

Hannah Miller is a speaker, trainer and coach, who combines her own personal experiences of leadership with a tried and tested focus on people’s Strengths. Her fundamental belief in the importance of developing the individual and investing in the team, and her passion for progress is evident in all she does.
She has worked with teams and professionals in all sectors, large and small organisations to charities and universities. Kheelna was formerly the clinical adviser team for South London, overseeing appraisal, revalidation and practitioner performance caseload.
She was on a split-post secondment with Health Education England, supporting education and training for one acute and three mental health trusts in South London. She has been involved in developing a clinical fellows network for those in training.
Previously, Kheelna provided clinical leadership for primary care workforce transformation across London, and aims to create an infrastructure and workforce that can readily adapt and flex to the needs of the population, delivering high-quality care to those that need it. The work required wide stakeholder engagement, and the development of influential networks to invest in a collaborative approach to address a shared problem. She hopes GenerationQ will help her to successfully lead this transformation.
Kheelna has expressed support for the use of AI to spot people at risk of needing emergency treatment, saying, "It’s much better for everyone if we can make good plans in advance and respond quickly to changes, before emergencies happen."

Dan is a GP at Twyford Surgery in Berkshire, combining this with his local role as Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO) for BOB ICB, as well as National PHM Clinical Advisor to NHS England.
Dan’s work focusses on using Population Health Management methodology to drive the development of transformative approaches that lead to proactive, integrated care. He has been instrumental in helping design and deliver multiple large-scale system transformation projects and longer-term strategies to create the governance and data infrastructure that enable this cultural change within systems.
